Littleton is spread across three levels. The entry level features a drying room which leads to the hallway where the master king bedroom (at rear) and onsuite are located. Also on this level is the second king bedroom and 2nd bathroom. On the first level is the kitchen, dining room and lounge area, off this is the deck. Upstairs is the the 3rd bedroom with double bed and toilet and basin. The major advantage of this design of house is the two mater bedrooms are located downstairs, cool rooms if required with heavy curtains to keep the light out.
